The Hoxton Trust
If you thought Hoxton was all about wonky haircuts and trendy loft apartments, it’s time to dig a little deeper. In fact, just take a stroll up to Hoxton Street.
Known to locals as the backbone of Shoreditch, Hoxton Street is one part of London that remains defiantly un-yuppified. Colourful and vibrant, it’s home to a traditional, bustling street market and dozens of family businesses.
The Hoxton Trust wanted to lift the profile of the area, and introduce a new generation to one of London’s best-kept secrets. So Cherry devised "The Real Hoxton", a portal showcasing 24 local businesses, local history and more – all backed with beautiful photography from Stuart Freedman and bespoke illustrations from the very talented Johnny Hannah.
